By using our website or submitting an order to TRAKKABLES.com, you (also referred to below as the customer) are hereby agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions as set forth below. This agreement is in lieu of a written consent, and will be binding by the both the customer and/or their representative(s).

All purchase orders placed with TRAKKABLES.com shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario in the Dominion of Canada.

Disputes arising from any purchase order, both domestic and international, shall be resolved in a court of jurisdiction of North York in the Province of Ontario.

Any order placed where there is a misprint on the website will be honoured at the regular retail price. All orders are subject to approval by TRAKKABLES.com prior to shipping, should an order be cancelled you will be refunded in full.​

Pricing and Payment

All pricing and payment are in US Funds only. All payments will be processed using the PayPal system before goods are shipped.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using ground postal services. For expedited shipping please contact us. Additional charges apply.

Insurance is available at an additional charge of 10% of the total order cost.

Shipments made to the United States or other international destinations are not subject to taxes.
